Rhinelander Commercial and House Washing
Rhinelander is the Oneida County seat, about 78 miles northeast of our Marshfield shop. Early settlers called the spot Pelican Rapids, after the rapids just above the point where the Pelican River meets the Wisconsin River. The city took its name from Frederic W. Rhinelander, president of the Milwaukee, Lake Shore and Western Railway, in a bid to bring the railroad there.
A Northwoods hub
Rhinelander is a commercial, industrial and recreation hub for the Northwoods, and the main shopping and lodging area for the region. That means storefronts, offices, restaurants and places to stay, all of which are judged on first impressions.
Commercial window cleaning
Storefronts, office buildings and industrial facilities all get the same streak-free result. Commercial window cleaning is scoped per building, based on size and scope, and story count, glass count and access are what move the number.
Commercial soft washing
For building exteriors, roofs, sidewalks, parking lots and signage, our commercial soft washing uses low pressure, which prevents damage to delicate surfaces, and biodegradable solutions that are safe for the landscaping around them. It removes organic growth at the source, for a longer-lasting result than high-pressure washing.
Every commercial job is quoted per building. Tell us in the form below what kind of property it is, roughly how big, and which surfaces you want cleaned.
Rhinelander homes
Close to half of Rhinelander's homes went up before 1960, and only about 6 percent in 2000 or later. Half were built before about 1966.
Houses get a gentle, low-pressure wash. Roofs get the same gentle treatment for black streaks, moss and lichen, and gutters get a full flush.
Rhinelander winters
The weather stations in and near Rhinelander that publish a snow average put it at between about 62 and about 82 inches a year, and snow covers the ground for about four months. Any way you count it, that is a lot of snow sitting on roofs and in gutters.
